Raviv's  showbiz career got it's start because he was the only one of  Maurice's Kids who could be talked into acting in the short films that Maurice was assigned to shoot for his film making class in the winter of 2013. They both enjoyed that experience so much that they decided to collaborate on a bigger/longer project the following summer, and thus Chimera came to life as a passion  project for a further to spend more time with his son .

Raviv's involvement with chimera began at the moment that his Dad, Maurice, began writing the outline for the script in his screen writing class in January 2014. ( Raviv and his siblings) carefully read each iteration of logline, outline and treatment, and pored over every nuance in every draft to give Maurice detailed notes and helped shape the story.

Raviv is now sophomore at a New England Boarding School, where he enjos climbing , hiking , skatboarding and biking. He looks forward to collaborating with his Dad on the other projects in the near future.
